Katie comes from a big, boisterous Irish-Italian family. The oldest of four girls, she has worked hard starting up her own organizational business. Being hired by a prestigous law firm to setup a major fund-raising event will take that company to the next level.
Zach Stryker has done his research. Katie Marcelli may just be the person he can manouver in to stopping his eighteen year-old son from making a terrible mistake and marrying. Knowing how much Katie loves her family and work, he is sure he can convince her to stop her youngest sister, Mia from marrying his son.
Since Zach is a divorce attorney, and is divorced himself, he sees the downside of marriage, but Katie helps him to realise that with love, there can be a good side.
A little dry at times. Very convoluted with all the different family members, but overall an okay story to read.
