Three wonderful Christmas romances from the old West. Very touching.
In 'A Christmas Child'', Marianne Winters travels to a distant town in hopes of getting a job to provide for her infant brother. The loss of her parents at the time of his birth, put her in charge of the task of raising young Joshua. Unable to get the help she thought would be there for her, she tries to find a home for Joshua, knowing she would be unable to keep him on her own. Placing him in the church nativity scene, the pastor, David McDermott, rescues him, and in time rescues Marianne and himself finding love again after the death of his family earlier.
In 'The Christmas Dove', Maddie Cutler returns to the family town, meeting up with Dylan McCall. Dylan had tried to warn her against running away with gambler Brodie, but she didn't listen, looked down her nose at Dylan, and now has returned with a baby daughter having never been married.
Dylan can see the blaim Maddie has taken on. Knowing that she might feel worthless, he tries to help her release the anger and place some of the blame on Brodie. With his love, Dylan helps her feel worthy again, rejoycing in their love.
In 'A Baby Blue Christmas', Turner Price takes on the task of helping a young woman whom he belived had abandoned newborn twin boys. Actually, Gabby is their aunt and their mother had birthed them and run off after her no good robber boyfriend.
Turner has already lost a wife and child, he no longer wants the pain that comes with love, so he vows to care for Gabby and the twins, marrying her, and providing for them, but refusing to love her. Only when faced with the pain of almost losing her, does Turner realize love can not be ignored.
