Sophie had always been well protected and shielded from the hardships of life by her loving father. Allowed to fulfill her childhood dreams of playing the piano, and pampered beyond belief, the arrival of Nikos in to her life seemed to add to the fantastic fairytale existance she lead. But like many fairytales, there is often a grim reminder that things are not always as they appear.
For four years, Nikos has lived with the betrayal he felt when Sophie gave him her virginity, in the hopes they would marry and he would save her father from ruin. Finding her working as an escort, it tears in to him showing he was not over the lose yet. Working under many misconceptions, he vows to finally get her out of his system, only to find, he knew nothing at all.
Sophie had grown up in those long four years. She had found an internal determination that neither knew existed. With backbreaking work, she worked and sacrificed, and struggled to overcome the destroying existance that was now her life. The re-entrance of Nikos was nearly her undoing.
A definate tear-jerk story. Thrilling from start to finish.
