An excellent finish to this trilogy about a branch of McKettricks of Texas.
Paige Remington has always tried to play catch-up to her two older sisters. Now having to deal with the sisters' weddings on New Years Eve, she is thrown in to turmoil by having to deal with her ex-love-of-her-life, Austin McKettrick.
Austin is also the baby of the family, and could never quite shake the feeling of being treated like he was still wet behind the ears, even though the age difference was one and two years. His older brothers marring two of the Rmington sisters, made him aware that he would be seeing Paige for the next fifty or so years, and that he needed to get past the pain he had caused her, cheating on her and letting her catch him at it, because he couldn't tell her he wasn't mature enough for a lifetime commitment.
Paige has grown a lot since Austin broke her heart. She had changed, but so has he. Can they each let go of the pains of the past and build a future?
