Lucy Tennant has always felt she was something of a misfit. She never fit in to her family, and becoming a chef at an exclusive chalet gave her the opportunity to pretend everything was ok. Running in to Mac, and having someone with his charisma, sexiness and charm desire her, was the fulfillment of a fantasy. Her very own Prince Charming.
Mac is reality Sheikh Razi al Maktabi, and he is the King of his country. What started out as a final fling before setting down to devote himself to the well-being of his country, takes an unexpected turn when he teams up with Lucy. He never had a true family, and she gave him an impression of what his life could have been like if he was anything other than who he was.
When Lucy discovers she is pregnant, she finally finds ou who Mac really is. Letting him know she is carrying his child, he is given another glimpse of what life could be, but he must deal with the business of his country and balance that with his feelings and relationhip with Lucy.
An OK story. A few typos in the beginning were a distract, but the story seemed to almost get there, but then it seemed like there was a few chunks missing, but otherwise OK.
