A very nice story. Nothing like a little taste of Borneo.
Faun Sheridan knew it was extremely difficult to break in to a man's field and be accepted. Being a very young looking woman, and being a pilot, she still faced sex discrimination when she tried to get a postion working for Tarrant Line, a private flight company owned by Clive Tarrant.
Clive did not want to risk his life or his planes in the hands of a woman pilot. Facing Faun though, showed that looks can be deceiving. After Faun is able to successfully land their damaged plane in the Borneo jungle, he must face up to life being thrown for a loop while they struggle to survive until rescue is found. Comparing Faun to Ingrid, his girl-friend also trapped in the jungle with them, Clive finally admits he would rather have Faun, a woman that stirs his interest and his heart
